Neighborhood Housing Services Oklahoma City, Inc. (NHSOKC) is a non-profit community organization designed to help individuals and families achieve the American Dream of homeownership.  Since 1981, NHSOKC has helped Oklahomans learn how much home they can afford, learn about the home buying process, and find the right loan product.  As a part of NeighborWorks America (R), a congressionally chartered program, NHSOKC has the resources to help you with down payment assistance and credit counseling.  Our counseling and education program is recognized by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and we would love to help you!

Many people today do not know exactly what to do or where to go to begin the home buying process.  NHSOKC will help you remove the guesswork and master the process.  Most people do not believe they can become homeowners.  NHSOKC will help you dispel the myths and find the right home for your family.  NHSOKC also builds homes which means we hold true to the meaning of affordable.
