Neighborhood Housing Services of Oklahoma City (NHSOKC) is a non-profit community organization designed to help individuals and families achieve the American Dream of homeownership.  Since 1981, NHSOKC has helped Oklahomans learn how much home they can afford, learn about the home buying process, and find the right loan product.  As a part of NeighborWorks America (R), a congressionally chartered program, NHSOKC has the resources to help you with down payment assistance and credit counseling.  Our counseling and education program is recognized by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and we would love to help you!
